New Student Registration Information
The First Day of School is
Tuesday, August 18, 2020

** All 7th grade students must have the TDAP vaccine before they can start school**

We have transitioned to ONLINE Registration, please visit the following link: Online Student Registration

Please bring the following required items with you when you register your student(s):

  • Birth Certificate (original must have State Seal to be accepted as proof of age) or current passport
  • Immunization Records (Yellow Immunization Card) including proof of TDAP vaccine
  • Two Proofs of Residency for each category

Category 1: Property tax statement or payment receipt; rental property contract, lease or payment receipt

Category 2: Utility Service contract, payment receipt or statement; pay stub w address; voter registration; correspondence from a government agency

  • Check-out/Withdrawal Forms from previous school
  • Last recorded grades and state test scores
  • If applicable, IEP or 504 plan. We must have this document before we can enroll your student.
  • Registration cannot be completed without 2 proofs of residency

Note: There's a 48-Hour Registration Processing Window

IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETED AFTER ALL REQUIRED ITEMS ARE SUBMITTED
