Welcome to the 2024 Cross Country season
Our 1st practices will be August 29th, September 3rd, and September 5th
Our practices are normally on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30-4.

Boys and Girls who wish to tryout for the Cross Country team must have a doctor sign off on a Physical Exam and bring the Athletic Handbook Signature Page before you can participate. We will start Practice on 8/29/24 so get this exam done ASAP. :)

Thursday 9/22 @ WPMS: 4:15 (Woodland Park host)

Thursday 9/29 @ SEMS: 4:15 (San Elijo Host)

Thursday 10/6 @SMMS (San Marcos Middle Host)

Tuesday 10/11 @ SEMS SMUSD Only 4:15 (District Meet)

Friday 10/14 @ Mt Sac (This meet is a possibility and would be for our top runners)

Thursday (Valley Center) or Friday (Walnut Grove Park) 10/20 or 10/21:TBD 

Wednesday  10/26: TBD @ Kit Carson Park (championship race)

Runners must compete in 3 events to qualify for the championship on 10/26

Race start time (approx)

4:15: 6th/7th girls

4:40: 6th/7th boys

5:05: 8th girls

5:30: 8th boys

(Races range from 1.5-2 miles)
