Medication

Over-the-counter medications can only be administered by the school Health Clerk, as well as parents, who are allowed to come to the Health Office to administer medication. No Medication of any kind is allowed to be kept in the possession of students unless written documentation is provided from a Physician.

Students who need to take prescribed medication must have the appropriate form signed by the physician and parent. The medication, physician form, and parent authorization form must be held in the school Health Office.
